Your new company
Global IT company is seeking a VP to lead the Client Success department, a team of about 5 individuals. Just over 10 years old, this company is growing across the world and looking for someone to help that growth in Japan.
Your new role
You will be leading the Client Success team, which is essentially a customer service lead role for their Japanese clients. You will oversee 4 individuals while also doing some hands-on client support. You will also have the opportunity to travel oversees once or twice a year, and daily communication with overseas offices.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience managing a small to mid-size team, and you must be motivated to help the growth of the company through excellent client support and team leadership. You must be able to speak daily conversation English to communicate with the overseas headquarters, but you will also need high level business Japanese to communicate with the clients.
