【求人No NJB1031275】 This is a full time manager level position at IT department of Consumer Company. This person will have key accountability for providing advanced technological tools and capabilities to Consumer Japan Sales and Trade Marketing organization which will enable our commercial organization to achieve all of its future growth aspirations. This person’s major role is at shaping business demands together with sales leadership team managing IT projects out of the requirements if applicable and delivering expected outcome through the projects and follow up activities. This will be a good opportunity for those who’d like to lead and implement changes to sales processes applying IT tools and management skills with a mind of innovation.
The positon report to Japan local IT head in Consumer first and then will report to ASPAC Regional IT lead of Sales and Customer development in near future.
・ Sets a clear IT product vision linked to business strategy of sales and customer development ・ Develops local roadmap to maximize ROI informed by data input from all stakeholders including multi generational strategy
Business and IT interface ・ Leads collaborative engagement with IT shared service team to align product decisions and prioritize the backlog ・ Accountable for quality of development with approval on all solutions ・ Owns IT product in agile ceremonies planning demos and retrospectives ・ Considers development estimates and risks in decision making ■Strategy
Business requirements analysis ・ Accountable for ensuring the right product is built for sustainable business growth ・ Leads product discovery to determine requirements and priorities ・ Responsible for user stories UX acceptance criteria and UAT deliverables
Program and Roll Out oversight ・ Accountable for product development progress in context of larger program goals ・ Accountable for managing budget in effective and compliant manner ・ Reports back to business on timing of application and feature deliveries ・ Accountable for training and education to ensure products can be adopted effectively ・ Accountable for IT solutions being compliant with J J World wide Information Security standard Healthcare compliance and local laws and regulatory requirements
■KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
・ 5+ years of experience in IT service and/or IT consulting in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG
・ Experience of major SFA/TPM/CRM solutions including a phase of defining requirements. Project experience in Sales Clouds (Salesforce) is a plus.
・ Strong Project management and Program Management skill and track record
・ Strong communication skills with an ability to support challenge and manage stakeholders in Japanese
・ Logical thinking skills think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and articulate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely
・ Strong change management capabilities to apply solutions in an effective efficient way
・ Strong business English communication to effectively work with regional and global IT teams
・ Ability to bring an external perspective experience and point of view to the table
