The industry leader in mobile power is looking to hire a CFO to work alongside the management team in Japan and overseas to support business development and drive growth and profitability.
Our client was founded over 5 years ago, and has experience tremendous growth to become the industry leaders in mobile power. They product range expands across various lines including charges, cables and batteries, and they currently they top seller online in Japan and globally. As a result of business growth, they are now looking to hire a CFO to be a right-hand to the CEO and support the integration of the back office function in Japan.
- Be responsible for integrating the back office function in the Japan business - Manage the finance and accounting responsibilities, as well as oversee Human resources, legal and general affairs functions - Work alongside CFO and local management team to devise strategies for business growth and development - Work with external consultants and advisors to seek expert advice on finance, tax and labour law matters - Work with company Headquarters on global initiatives
