募集要項

             Oversee and manage user system related issues

-             Ensure that issues and troubleshooting are resolved to users’ customer satisfaction and that SLA requirements are met

-             Responsible for continuous improvement through change requests or enhancements to the system

-             Develop and manage the “Release management” function within the team

-             Manage off-shore and on-shore AMS teams and ensure their compliance to SLAs

-             Responsible to developing a comprehensive service delivery model

-             Document and organize the support team around business functions

-             Drive the value of the SAP investment through continuously contributing to improvements in business processes by utilizing SAP and effective end user adoption of the SAP solution.

-             Drives support and service SLA’s, operational metrics, continuous improvement of service delivery model and continuous improvement and measurement of customer satisfaction

-             Ensure adherence to department standards, methods, policies, and adherence to SOX policies and controls

-             Responsible for the management of SAP application systems and interfaced staff including scheduling, overseeing work assignments, and follow up on completion

-             Provide career development counselling and mentoring to members of the SAP support team; provides counsel on complex issues

-             Establishes team and individual goals; performs annual employee performance reviews

-             Defines and manages the training plan for the SAP support team

-             Execute co-sourcing, recruiting, and contracting resource plans; screen and interview full-time or contractor candidates for the SAP application support team

-             Assure that Legacy systems are properly supported until full Sunset

-             Escalate recurrent user requests

-             Build a Knowledge database for frequent issues and requests. Use the Change management team to schedule user training

-             Use e-Learning system to facilitate user and power user training

-             Connect with Business Process Experts at functions level to exchange information and support needs

-             Escalate to Business Systems development team and to Architecture teams when need of upgrade or major enhancement is needed

 

Key Stakeholders

-             Work closely with SOM and Infrastructure senior manager

-             Work closely with Solution Architect and BSD senior manager

-             Work closely with IT Vendors and Partners

-             Work closely with BIG AMS & BIG Core Team

スキル・資格

On the Job Experience Requirements (Skill, Experiences, and Educational Background etc.)

-             Good knowledge of functional SAP

-             Good understanding of application operation management

-             Expertise in one or more SAP Modules

-             Experience in managing diverse teams (offshore – Onshore)

-             Experience in management

-             Experience in project methodology, operation and execution

-             Experience in Information Technology cost & budget

-             Expert in communication of corporate executive level of managers and project managers

-             Experience in any kind of prioritization using a clear criteria (request, issue, resources, budget, project, or schedule)

-             Effective communication skill to supervise people, activities, and methodologies

-             Excellent in both English and Japanese (writing, oral, reading)
