Exciting Opportunity for a bilingual Sales Manager to join a growing Serviced Offices provider with established regional presence.

The Business Development Manager is an integral part of the company, responsible for driving new business revenue through direct business acquisition and partners within a geographically defined territory.

Principal responsibilities

Strategy:

  • Determines and agrees business unit budgets and forecasts
  • Builds strategy to identify, focus and convert new business opportunities. Proactively engages with the market to acquire new pipelines of opportunity through development of new business and partners i.e. commercial real estate brokers

Performance:

  • Handle leads and convert prospects into customers
  • Sets simple but effective’ milestones’ to measure both financial performance goals
  • Execute a call planning strategy and generate referrals from existing customers
  • Execute sales process to include center tours and client visits, quotes and proposals, timely follow ups, price negotiation and solution finding and finalize Service Agreements
  • Record and report on activities and results using company processes and systems
  • Drive high conversion of all products through effectively following the sales process, ultimately resulting in a positive impact to the occupancy and profitability
  • Meet or exceed the sales targets/metrics such as revenue targets, deal volumes, conversion ratios and calls/visits
  • Develop market understanding and expertise with regard to competitors, industry segments, market, target companies as well as brokers etc.

Process:

  • Actively seeks feedback from clients and the business to improve both performance and to drive change
  • Uses a structure approach to managing business process that meet client needs
  • Coordinate with Brokers to ensure the needs of the clients are being met

People:

  • Actively develops, maintains, and demonstrates strong relationship with existing and potential clients
  • Building and maintaining strong/good relationships with Partners (Commercial Real Estate Brokers) in order to obtain a supportive business pipeline

スキル・資格

  • University graduate
  • Proven track record of exemplary sales generation is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – must be able to communicate effectively both internally and externally with clients and partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with all levels of management
  • Effective time and resource management – to achieve productivity targets
