【Key Responsibilities】 ●Implementation of 'Workday' HR module to APAC Provide expertise and support on process definition documentation and integration Configure and manage the HR Workday Solution following global and local functional requirements based on internal and external best practices within the frame of global configuration guidelines Deploy global HR processes and solutions with HR COEs IT and HR Services ●Global Systems Maintenance (Workday eCompensation Convergence IHRIS Neocase) Responsible for all global HR systems security governance configuration and review Tier 2 escalation point of global HR system issues and inquiries for APAC region Perform tasks for the global process new systems / configuration testing ●HR Data Quality (APAC) Management Monitor and ensure organization and employee data quality Perform data mass upload and migration in the global systems Hold the local HR team accountable for the data quality in the global HR systems ●Partnering with HR (APAC region) Support and train local HR to use existing and future global HR systems Bridge global and local teams and consult on local HR process from global systems perspective Provide HR intelligence report to local HR Perform PMO responsibility for the local HR technical solutions

●At least 5 10 years experience in HR expertise centers or project management in HR systems implementation
●Project management experience preferably with global HR systems (preferably 'Workday')
●Knowledge and expertise on HR processes and systems (Core HR Compensation Recruitment and People Development processes and their design)
●Significant experience in change management and core solution requirements and design
●Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
●Fluency in Japanese or Mandarin is a plus
