■アプリケーション部隊4名のマネジメントをお任せいたします

The IT Client Lead must drive and enable business growth and operational agility using information technology solutions to support businesses and functions while balancing the need for an appropriate cost structure. She/he must have a strong appreciation of the criticality of information to the business and the need for an IT strategy and vision that supports the overall business objectives. The IT Client Lead must be a leader and facilitator amongst the country's or segment's various businesses and functional organizations. Therefore he/ she must be a skilled negotiator a diplomat and good communicator when dealing with all levels of the organization.

■RESPONSIBILITIES
・ Establish and communicate a strategic vision linking global segment and regional IT strategies to the business
・ Grasp and understand the details of the major information systems currently supporting the business
・ Identify and understand business and functional needs for IT solutions
・ Leverage IT technology and offer IT solutions to help businesses and functions achieve their objectives
・ Gain credibility and establish trust with the country's and/ or segment's Leadership team
・ Must be customer centric and focus on innovative ways to lead the organisation
・ Ability to leverage and work with global and regional IT teams.
・ Must have experience in vendor management in the delivery of solutions

■IT People Management
・ Effectively manage a the local IT function including managing reports the have come from different disciplines of IT
・ Talent Management of IT staff to attract and retain employees
・ Performance Management and coaching
・ Support and coach any indirect reports

■Leverage the regional and global IT organization to
・ Deliver cost effective high quality IT services
・ Maintain global standards and support structures people and technology


・ Create alignment between the business Global and Regional IT and shared service entities

■IT Project Management
・ Execute projects adhering to the Project Execution methodology
・ Change Management driving stakeholder changes

■IT Account Management
・ IT demand management (needs assessment portfolio management roadmap planning)
・ Business requirements management (through project initiation to final project contract)

■IT Operation Oversight
・ Liaison with the IT Operations Manager for Greater Asia
・ Vendor Management
・ Manage Service Level Expectations

■Additional responsibilities
・ Manage IT budget and headcount for the country... driving productivity and leverage across region
・ Participate on various Global IT continuous improvement efforts to leverage and sustain IT GEF standards policies and processes
・ Develop and build a world class highly focused team including CoE extended responsibilities
・ Participate in integration standard discussions with such message standards as cXML xCBL ebXML EDI X.12 EDIFact and enterprise development standards related to Publish Subscribe Request Reply and Event based integration patterns.
・ Good knowledge of SAP Sales Force DotCom eCommerce solutions
・ Adhere to the requirements of the Quality Management System as maintained by Japan.

スキル・資格

・企業の情報システム部門での経験 ・アプリケーション分野の経験 ・マネジメント経験 ・ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent; MBAs preferred ・ 10 15 years work experience required (multinational company experience preferred) ・ Strong people management experience of others from various disciplines of IT ・ Must have a working knowledge with ERP OLTP OLAP systems integration (SAP 6.0 platform preferred) Infrastructure Business Intelligence (e.g. experience with Qlikview or other BI tools) EDI ・ IT project management expertise ・ Experience in developing IT commercial solutions e.g. e commerce SFE ・ Experience in IT integration for a merger or acquisition ・ Excellent communication skills written and oral ・ Strong organizational skills.
