The New Virtual Partner Marketing Manager (VPMM) in Japan
In order to grow the business, 2T partner enablement especially in local area and provision of easy-to-sell products/solutions is the key. Since PAM resources are limited, we need to build more scalable and effective partner coverage model to accelerate the business through 2T partners by marketing-led (Volume Play) together with the deeper approach to premier 2T partners closely working with PAM (Value Play). We should leverage / put together all the existing platforms, tools, contents, programs and utilize marketing technologies/tactics for E2E integrated partner marketing journey to maximize the marketing impacts.

The New Virtual Partner Marketing Manager (VPMM) in Japan
The new VPMM Will work closely with Partner Marketing team, Partner Account Manager (PAM), Distribution Partner Marketing Manager (DPAM) and specific Disti as required to plan and focus on execution of joint marketing campaigns with identified 2 Tier partners in pre-defined target areas, leveraging available funds, tools, programs, platforms to ensure that all these marketing activities would bring the greatest impact in the business growth and execute in-line with Japan marketing strategies and priorities. One of the key responsibilities is to become the company’s marketing representative to support identified 2 Tier partners in respective area, and track & manage co-marketing results with partners.

Reporting to: Japan Partner Marketing Manager

Key stakeholders: APJ Partner Marketing, Japan Partner Organization (JPO), Japan Commercial Sales

Roles and responsibilities:
- Build marketing relationship with assigned 2T partners in target area and review partner business profile by working with Disti (DIS). [Note : In case of Value Play DIS will not be applicable but rather focus on premier 2T partners.]
- Acquire contacts of assigned 2T partners and become the company’s marketing representative to communicate with them to provide useful information to support partners to sell the company focus products/solutions to their end customers, leveraging other available communication tools/methods such CPCP.
- Onboarding and operational support for assigned 2T partners to use Marketing tools, platforms, programs (SMB Marketplace, LnP, CX/Champs, PMC etc).
- Create Marketing Plan and campaigns aligned to business objectives agreed between the company and Partners/Disti.
- Identify most appropriate tactics to accomplish business goals and obtain commitment to move forward.
- Drive and enabling execution of marketing plan, campaign and tactics by aligning partner internal resources and/or appropriate programs, resources, and tools. 
- Identify funding sources and advise on requests, application, and reimbursement rules and regulations 
- Monitor and manage performance of respective marketing tactics, track results and report to stake holders

スキル・資格

必須要件:
- 外資系企業、特にIT企業における就業経験
- 関連マーケティング経験あるいはパートナー組織(チャネル、ベンダー企業)における就業経験
- マーケティング代理店との恊働経験
- 予算管理と複雑なプロセスの管理経験

- IT業界あるいはテクノロジーの基礎知識
- マーケティング戦術、B to B マーケティング、デジタルマーケティングの基礎知識
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
- 学ぶのが早い方あるいはネットワーク製品の知識をお持ちの方


Requirements:
Working experience in foreign companies (IT companies are preferable)
- Prefarably experience of working in the channel or vendors
- Working experience in marketing or partner organizations
- Basic knowlege of IT industry and technologies
- Basic knowlege of marketing tactics, B2B marketing, digital marketing etc
- Preferably experience of working with and managing marketing agencies driving excellent delivery, execution and results
- Ability to manage budgets and complex process

- Native Japanese with capability of business English communication skill (over 750 scores of TOEIC)
- At least no issue with writing/reading/listening in English as daily communication. Speaking skill can be evaluated
- Basic PC skills : Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outloook

- Having positive mind-set and motivations to challenge new things
- Flexible and quick at work
- Good communication skills to be able to work cross-functionally as well as to face Partner/Disti
- Being good under pressure
- Ability to work independently to persue goals and thrive in a complex organization within a virtual team
