The continuous globalization of corporate financing and the increasing number of foreign investors has increased the demand for translation services of disclosure documents into English.
Furthermore, due to the propagation of Corporate Governance Codes, investors now have a wider set of criteria for judging the financial soundness of a company, which in the past was limited only to financial considerations.
In an aim to promote corporate governance, more publicly-listed companies have begun to release various reports with additional non-financial information such as the number of women on the Board and CSR activities. From this, we anticipate a steadily growing number of translation requests from corporate clients.

【 Task Flow 】
▽ Translation Coordinator receives a translation request
▽ Translator translates the documents
▽ Proofreading/QC is done and documents are delivered through a Translation Coordinator by the deadline

⇒Submit translation trial assignment (Japanese/English/Proofreading) *one week delivery time
⇒2 interviews (on-site translation test during first interview)
【 Additional Information 】
Contract Employee (annual renewal)
Person with high level skills and expertise may be hired as a permanent employee
Compensation: Depending upon age and experience
Bonus: Twice a year (summer/winter)
Raise: Annual personnel evaluation (upon contract renewal), may be considered for permanent employment

Overtime Pay: YES
Average Overtime Hours: 20-30 hours /month, 60 hours/month at peak periods
Days Off / Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturday / Sunday), National Holidays, Summer Vacations, Congratulatory and Condolence Leaves, Maternity and Child Care Leaves, Nursing Leaves, Jury Duty Leaves, Paid Holidays. 123 days of annual leave ※ Actual days-off in 2016
