募集要項

As the HR change agent leading project management for HR system implementation, your role will be responsible for ensuring successful preparation, implementation, and follow-up for the organization’s global HR change and transformation program.

  • Establish the governance and working groups for the country (including reporting and status tracking), and appropriate escalation to the regional projects teams and local Head of HR
  • Provide work groups with their implementation and change activities
  • Working closely with country teams, obtain local insight, impact assessments, localisation and requirements, language, and cultural requirements, to ensure the delivery activities meet the needs of the local organization
  • Tracks activities pertaining to country level plans, and report back to regional project teams and status, including the collection and implementation of all country level issues and risk. Also tracks progress of mitigating actions for risks/issues/dependencies to abolish or minimize impact of program outcome
  • Supports the country HR resources to ensure activities are being completed in a timely manner, also provides HR insight to ensure smooth transition during system change, and to maximize efficiency and usage by the local team
  • Maintain project change control, ensuring any changes to the baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered
  • Ensure that the employees received necessary communication, training, and support throughout the transition

スキル・資格

  • Requires strong stakeholder management skills in order to continually drive delivery and deployment of readiness activities
  • Has an end user focus (particularly HR), considering the needs of the client/users and their overall experience
  • Understands the principles of Change Management and the impact on the wider business and end users
  • Has experience of supporting delivery into complex, large and matrix environments, and understands that locality needs can be wide and varying
  • Experience in either HR system deployments or self-service tools or models
  • Familiarity with SAP will be highly advantageous
