Top IT Firm requires HR Manager, Tokyo
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting a team of 70+ professionals. You will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks particularly: compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, employee relations and internal stakeholder management. You will report directly to the Head of Human Resources located abroad, and be responsible for Strategising and implementation of effective HR policies. In addition to the above, you will work closely with local counterparts and business leaders as well as represent the Japan operations to global stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Japanese and English, as you will be frequently communicating with both internal and global counterparts. This successful candidate will also be a well-rounded HR professional of 8+years' experience and be looking for hands-on HR opportunity. As such, strong business partnering experience in the past and experience with ER and change management is advantageous.
