You will be responsible to establish the service delivery process. You will manage the clients' experiences and expectations as well as the projects' cost and efficiency. You will supervise Help-desk technicians and provide adequate support, resources, and solutions.
You will have great leadership spirits and experiences in IT service delivery. You have technical understanding for PC and Server so you can support the IT Helpdesk Team efficiently. You will have good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
