募集要項

A thriving data services company is recruiting for the position of Customer Service Executive. This role requires a professional with substantial face-to-face experience and who can handle inquiries with professionalism and diplomacy. Using your excellent communication skills, you will respond to phone calls, handle simple requests, and manage escalation of issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls and mail from customers; keep a log of requests and prioritize requests
  • Communicate status and progress of requests received from customers
  • Handle simple requests and complaints from customers
  • Make preliminary assessments of incidents; provide troubleshooting to resolve incidents
  • Manage escalation and coordinate to resolve incidents

Requirements:

  • Customer face-to-face or phone experience
  • Basic level PC skills - Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience working 24/7 shift preferred
  • Experience working in the telecommunications industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
