Your new role
Medical Manager is responsible for the execution of medical strategy created. This is an international environment where you will be the 'driver' with a flexible and proactive approach. Within this position, you will be in a highly visible role reporting to the Country Medical Director, indirectly to Regional Medical Director APAC and working closely with your regional colleagues around the world. In addition, you will also be managing Medical Science Liaisons and therefore, experience as one is mandatory.
What you'll need to succeed
This international environment will require fluency in English as you will be collaborating with non-Japanese. Professional Japanese business manners is also a huge must for the Japanese customers you will be interacting with. We are considering Pharmacists, PhD or Medical Doctors. This role will be perfect for you if you are looking for greater exposure to all aspects of Medical Affairs.
