Objective of the Position
To manage the sales department and a provide leadership towards the achievement of set profitability and sales growth in line with the company vision and values.
Responsible for building of the sales team and the development and performance of sales activities in the market.
Establishes and implements the plans and strategies to expand the market share of the company group.

Responsibilities
Preparation and supervision of an annual sales budget
Preparation and implementation of the national sales business plan and customer business plans
Sales Cost Centre responsibility
Realization of sales and profit targets within the market area
Monthly check on sales and brand developments and customer sales structure as well as preparation of the consequent steps to be taken and their implementation
Quarterly market reports in relation to sales competitors and market development
Monthly monitoring and reporting of the implementation and results of sales and marketing programs special campaigns in cooperation with product management and external contacts
Utilization of the CRM system and its completion by all staff
Achievement of agreed corporate and national objectives with regard to sales pricing and marketing policies
Yearly business review/forecasting/budgeting in relation to sales and sales management
Preparation of tenders and government/corporate contracts
Participation at exhibitions trade fairs and promotional sales events of customers
Observation of competitors the market and the evaluation of market potential
Professional furtherance leadership and support of subordinate staff
The adherence and implementation of all corporate policies regulations and procedures as directed by the company

■セールスマネージャーーとしてブランド構築、マネジメント、プレイング業務など幅広く担当
・マネジメント業務(30名程度のスタッフをマネジメント)
・マネジメントと平行して、プレイヤーとして営業実務も担当していただくこともございます。
・まだまだ小さい組織の為、上記業務内容に拘ることなく様々な業務に取組むことが可能です。
・日本への進出は後発ですが、代理店を通しての販売は行っており知名度は有り。また、世界で5本の指に入る製品力を有しています。
・実績の有る技工所向けに留まらず、アメリカトップシェアの歯科用チェアの輸入販売等にも参入。
・直行直帰スタイルなど柔軟な就業も可能。

スキル・資格
