Reporting to the Head of IT, the candidate selected for this excellent IT Service Center Manager role will perform a wide range of tasks including handling phone calls and email, managing internal customer complaints, and overseeing inventory management. The position offers you the chance to use your call center/customer service experience and Window services and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to email
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
  • Conduct research using available resources
  • Manage and resolve internal customer complaints
  • Follow-up customer calls when necessary
  • Perform inventory management
  • Provide hardware support and hardware kitting

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4+ years' experience in a call center or customer service environment at a large scale corporate environment (at least 200+ users)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting Windows 7, MS Office 2010/2013
  • Solid understanding of common Windows services and technology such as NTFS, DNS, DHCP, FTP, IIS, or DFS
  • Strong ITIL knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, required for discussing IT related issues with onsite, offsite, and head office IT staff, both by email and phone
  • Ability to support multi-language (English/Japanese) OS and software
  • IP telephony support experience
