This individual will help design and run programs that support the regional talent strategy. The role will play a critical contribution in cross functional project teams and deliver solutions as an individual contributor. This person will also contribute to other talent development team initiatives including manager capability programs and corporate learning and development initiatives. This person should bring the latest thinking to the areas of talent development.
Outstanding writing / presentation building skills

Fluency in oral and written communications in Japanese and Business level English
