Client Overview:

Large international company famous for pumps, dryers and compressors. The customers are from a variety of industries such as heavy industry, EPC and others.

Responsibilities:

Develop business by mapping and penetrating target market segments that would lead to selling opportunities both in new equipment purchase and replacement projects.
You will drive sales development and maximize profitability of your assigned product range, by increasing customer awareness on target segments and convincing them of the values and differentiations that their solution brings to their productivity.
 
Broad function:

  • Achieve the sales target of orders received and profit
  • Develop new customers and expand business opportunities in target market segments
  • Investigate and help develop distribution channels
  • Increase customer satisfaction by developing and managing key accounts
  • Be an ambassador of them by being an expert/consultant of low pressure compressed air and blower solutions with particular focus on assigned product range / target market segments

 
Your Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategic sales action plan
  • Develop customer list with key information (company name, location, key contact persons, installed base, opportunities); seek potential customers based on the analysis of market research, segmentation and competitor activity; build and develop customer relationship by effective planning and execution of regular visits and other contact points
  • Increase customer awareness about them and its solutions offering by actively promoting company and product thru presentations, demonstrations, factory tours, etc.
  • Act as consultant by providing customer the best solution for their low pressure compressed air and blower requirements; propose improvement by conducting audits and feasibility studies; prepare, submit and present technical and commercial proposals
  • Update Weekly sales forecast when appropriate to lead to purchase order; summarize and send monthly report in a timely manner; provide timely report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, and potential for new products and service
  • Manage whole process from getting inquiry to Purchase Order; follow up sales lead; negotiate and close orders; be the lead contact to customer from sales inquiry to delivery / start-up & commissioning
  • Continuously increase level of product knowledge to be a more competent sales consultant to customers by accomplishing training program to be assigned by your manager
  • Accommodate / adapt to a future task or assignment as deemed necessary by the business situation
  • Drive customer satisfaction in collaboration with aftermarket service i.e., quick response and proactive approach to the customer
  • Develop Internal communication and team work; coordinate sales effort with Application Engineering & Contracts, Product Managers / Marketing, sales management, Aftermarket Service, KCLC Operations and Finance.

スキル・資格

  • University degree in engineering or related technical or business course
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in similar industries, rotary equipment sales, manufacturing or service sector  
  • English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill in business setting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
  • Good teamwork spirit, self-motivated and energetic
  • Eager to learn and adapt
  • Result oriented
  • Customer oriented
  • Meet stiff targets, deadlines and can work under pressure
