1.Conduct duties for the sale of company products to assigned accounts (mainly consumer electronics companies) and their value chains in the assigned territories.
2.Develop contacts and strengthen relations with existing and potential customers.
3.Analyze existing and anticipated customer (technical and commercial) requirements and promotes the company products by filling such requirements, and develop account plan and sales.
4.Create and propose or receive individual/ team job objectives in line with upper goals and processes to achieve such objectives in agreement with a supervisor

8.Provide direction/ instruction to subordinate in line with company policies.

10.Administer company policies that directly affect the team including subordinates. Recommends or implement changes if necessary in the unit or sub-unit policies.
11.Interact and communicate frequently and share or collect information effectively with subordinate, supervisors and functional peer groups as well as with customers in Japanese and/or English wherever necessary to achieve objectives by gaining people cooperation and supports using presentation skill effectively handling technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
12.Develop subordinates continuously with talent plan agreed by the management.
13.Work as a team player with good interpersonal skill and cooperative attitude.
14.Travel inside and outside Japan as necessary sometimes together with customers for the plant audit and quality issues etc.
