As the Internal Recruiter you will be the primary source of candidate attraction which Hays relies on to power the world of work. Managing multiple sourcing channels such as internal referrals, headhunting, and job fairs, you main objectives are to brand Hays as an Employer-of-Choice and to find the best talent in the market by measuring them against our Hays Values and inner potential.
You will work on Asia-wide projects and initiatives in conjunction with the wider Asia HR team which will influence and shape the future of our more than 500 staff across the region. You will be a professional networker, understanding the ins and outs of the Japan recruitment market, becoming the go -to person for everything recruitment related.
You will grow your regional profile by forging relationships built on results and trust with key stakeholders in the Japan and Asia business. You will be a consultant to the business not a service provider. Through your deep understanding of each team and their growth strategy you will provide not only the best candidates, but the best advice.

With ideally 1-2 years of agency recruitment experience in Japan, you understand the recruitment market and your competitors. Your ability to communicate in Japanese and English will enable you to work closely with external vendors and universities. You have a high energy level and tremendous personal brand and feel comfortable delivering presentations in front of large groups. You have a track record of success across multiple levels and proven high-level stakeholder management.
