Retail Store Project Manager
Your new role
You will join a dedicated team of experts specializing in interior design and project management in retail and hospitality. Work with many internationally renowned clients and lead their retail construction projects from conception to completion. Main responsibilities include planning, design oversight, construction site management, and cost/budget management. The role will also require you to coordinate among and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, developers, suppliers, and landlords.
What you'll get in return
An attractive compensation package comprised of a guaranteed base annual salary of between JPY5 - 8mil (commensurate with experience) + performance bonus. More experienced candidates will be considered for more senior positions accordingly.

What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 2 - 4 years of Project Management experience, ideally in the retail and commercial facility sector and with international firms. Prior experience on the agency-side would be an advantage. An architecture and/or design background is highly desirable as are qualifications and experience with relevant software packages. Fluency in Japanese and minimum business-level English is also required.
