Brief Description of Role:

The Japan BP O Lead carries a variety of tasks such as
Planning Control providing
Planning budgeting analytics (saving) reporting and reporting leadership
For JP all sites all locations( for all types of spend both Direct Indirect)

Process Systems providing
Support for systems roll out/deployment in Japan (such as Ariba)
Process like S2C and P2P including the Global Policy Implementation

Projects
Support Procurement Japan with Project Management Structure
And monitoring/reporting of major initiatives

This is role which needs to work very closely with the Procurement Lead Japan the Japanese Procurement Management team and several oversee colleagues such as Global Category Leads Global BPO Leads Colleagues. Naturally the position will be well embedded within the Japanese organization and maintain close work relationship with Finance TGO include Operations SCM TPO and also IT Sales Marketing and other units.
The position will be an individual contributor for the Procurement Lead Japan. The role foreseen to be part of Procurement Japan Management team.

スキル・資格

Leadership experience: 3 + years of function leadership Finance Planning Control 5 + years of finance planning advanced analytics reporting experience Experience COGs / AOP process ideal Regional experience: Exposure to aspects of regional/global management preferred Pharma industry experience: 3 + years preferred Overall portfolio of experience in these areas will be considered Bachelor’s degree in finance supply chain materials management purchasing business or engineering is desirable Project management skills ideally are available Proven leadership capabilities and strategic thinking strong interpersonal skills including cross functional teamwork effective written and oral communication skills advanced finance management skills strong multi cultural skills high energy levels and a bias towards action Sensitivity to the cultural diversity of global organization Solid understanding of planning and control best practices policies and tools Ability to quantify financial benefits for identified opportunities and initiatives Previous experience with financial and ERP systems and other reporting solutions MS office skills (e.g. excel and power point)
