FP&A, Manager, Director
Your new role
As these are newly created roles to meet the demand, recruitment is done at different levels. If you are a senior professional, then a job that will match your profile will be created just for you, as a Director or a Manager. FPA function is not done as business as whole, but is carried out at each division of the business. If you are a junior professional looking to move to a big, large company as a senior, it is also possible.
What you'll need to succeed
More than 2 years of experience and good business English for Senior FPA, and more than 5 years of experience for manager candidates. For Manager positions, relevant qualifications such as US-CPA or J-CPA will be required.
