Customer Support Engineer Japan
Manage and coordinate Mentice’s support activities to assigned customers and support Mentice’s sales staff in demos and customer events.
This position requires extensive traveling to customer sites and the ability to independently plan, schedule and track such trips and coordinate.
customer support activities to ultimately ensure continuous high quality support to and satisfaction by Mentice customers.
Candidate must be outgoing with an interest in meeting and conducting dialogues with both old and new clients. This position is a base for a carreer development for candidates with such desire to grow within the company.
Territory: Japan (possibly later additional territories in Asia)
