What you'll be doing…
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for achieving a high level of customer retention in an assigned territory. The Customer Success role is quota-based and responsible for driving the maintenance renewal revenue and renewal rate for an assigned territory. The Customer Success Manager will interact regularly with customers to sell the benefits of a maintenance contract. A Customer Success Manager will be the front line to the customers to educate on effective license management, facilitate training when needed, explain new features and upgrades in our releases, and ensure license usage with the primary objective of collecting maintenance renewal revenue. This role ensures customer success by being dedicated to customers' deployment, adoption, and training to guarantee customer satisfaction.
