The incumbent is also responsible in partnership with the global regional HR leaders for the development modification coordination and implementation of policies covering employment associate relations compensation benefit management safety health associate services communication employer branding etc.
Seasoned HR executive with a minimum of 10 years of HR generalist experience with proven track record.
At least 5 years of management experience.
Prior experience in working for multinational companies.
Proven track record in building organisational capability attracting developing and retaining talent.
Proven track record in organization development change management
Excellent English skill
