The SC is an expert in social media and the Sprinklr platform and will play key roles in presenting demonstrating and closing deals with prospective customers. The SC has a deep understanding of social and providing insights depending on the customer’s needs. This means that they will listen to customer’s pain points explain the appropriate best practices and work closely to win trust. In the quickly developing social media world it’s a necessity that you are constantly hungry for new knowledge have deep interest in different industries and clients and working the PDCA cycle at a fast pace.
■Main Responsibilities Take the conversation deep with your client understand their pain points from all sorts of perspectives and provide total solutions that only Sprinklr can provide. Prepare documents that summarize the solution configure the platform and demonstrate so that it matches the solutions and keep visiting the customer until the deal is closed. Organize workshops for building corporate social strategy. Keep studying global use cases and utilize them to drive Japanese corporates to success.
■Desired Skills and Experience
2+ years of experience in social media and strategy building
System integrating and/or implementation consulting for large enterprise software.
Proficiency in writing clear descriptions eloquent speaking and presentations skills.
Skillful with explaining ideas both internally and externally.
Has a deep understanding and active user of social media.
A firing passion for finding the client’s true challenges and helping them overcome them.
