Successful applicants for this business/technical hybrid role will be involved in client implementation projects performing client consulting on Alternative Investment industry best practices using their proprietary applications.
This role includes leading A&D requirements gathering phases, producing solution design/functional specifications, pre-delivery testing, client training and client management and support through to system acceptance.
It is also a role that will from time to time provide pre-sales support, including authoring or pre-contract statements of work.
