募集要項

The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for implementing company business development strategy, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing sales deals within financial and public sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a healthy pipeline of accounts and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and bring new business revenue in Japan.
  • Network and build relationships with target accounts in order to understand key decision makers, and how we can help them evolve their business.
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team of colleagues to develop effective solutions and close the deal for all potential clients and drive their execution.
  • Ensure achievements of company sales and distribution objectives.
  • Analysis of competitors and market intelligence activities.
  • Management of the entire sales process

スキル・資格

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT/Telecom sector.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Marketing or IT fields.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English.
  • Willing to travel abroad on long and short terms to meet with clients.
  • Having a can-do attitude – track record of adroitness and confidence in the face of challenges.
  • Well-mannered and easily-expressed in live communication with clients.
  • Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence.
