Take ownership of new product deployments upgrades and ongoing technical account management efforts.
Provide advanced technical support and on boarding assistance to clients of our desktop bulk feed and API based delivery platforms (including but not limited to requirements gathering installation configuration and troubleshooting of hardware software and connectivity).
Develop and maintain technical documentation regarding our products and the client environments in which they are used.
Serve as a technical liaison between our clients and product management developers BA and QA teams.
Be the voice of the client in the product development process providing critical feedback regarding bug and enhancement prioritization and product lifecycle decision making.
University degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline with 2 5 years of work experience.
Fluent in English and Japanese; both spoken and written.
Strong track record of working in a client facing environment providing exceptional pre and post sales technical services.
Strong knowledge and experience of working with project management techniques and methodologies (PMP or PRINCE2 a plus).
Broad IT/technical knowledge and experience; able to demonstrate an in depth appreciation of enterprise IT infrastructure concepts Windows Server and/or UNIX/Linux platforms TCP/IP networking software engineering relational databases and web services.
Programming or scripting experience with SQL and/or APIs is a plus.
