Ensuring the adaptation of the global Marketing Strategy: Adapt and implement corporate/global and regional PR and Event Programs Contribute towards and support the roll out of corporate/regional initiatives/projects Develop and deploy local projects validated by the Zone Execute and adapt International creative and guidelines to local needs and local media Provide strategic and tactical support to the market and establish the Nespresso Brand as the ‘icon of perfect coffee worldwide’ in the Hub/market
Building Brand Awareness and ensure Brand Positioning: Implementation and compliance with all HQ guidelines related to the A Brand Essence and Architecture and leverage the same as a competitive advantage Guidance and coordination of external agencies Provide marketing support to B2B team in keeping with corporate guidelines to create the ultimate experience in the B2B segment.
E Commerce: understand the Digital Channel as a Key Driver for Business Growth Marketing Actions:
Propose and manage all digital initiatives (including web related social media and online) appropriate for increasing brand awareness and sales. Maximize A’s on line distribution through all viable internet vehicles portals and sites. Increase direct distribution through the use of partner’s database i.e. credit card companies.
Budget Management: Contribute towards defining and guiding the market on their OP and Budgets from a Marketing perspective to achieve specific business goals. Budgeting controls and reporting at the market level Manage approved (regional/local) agencies and service providers to ensure quality costs and effectiveness parameters and capitalize on international networks to achieve specific business objectives
People Development: right organisational set up facing future challenges Ensure implementation of optimal organisational structure in the department in line with the operational plan (OP) international guidelines and best practices. Attract retain and develop the marketing team through the implementation of continued coaching and learning activities (coordinated with local HR) in line with A guidelines / best practices and local regulations. Ensure development of careers succession plans of the local Marketing team. Provide the local management team with the necessary coaching guidance on implementing global/regional strategies in Marketing PR and Events
■Education： University Degree (or equivalent) in business or marketing
Experience of working with High end/luxury/ premium FMCG retail brands
Has demonstrated within a fast moving environment to manage a Marketing department as the functional lead
Worked in a similar position for at least 8 10 years in a Market or Region
People management experience is a must in leading and managing cross functional teams

Proven track records in digital communication (including Social Media)
