Help clients pay for their cloud
This person’s primary focus will be Leasing sales (mainly cloud deals) where they will work closely with the Oracle Field Sales team (who will bring the opportunities to OFD) and with the customer and other parties.
Seeking someone who is motivated to take on new challenges and learn new skills such as Financing, who has a sales background, project management skills and ability to understand customer’s needs and pain points.
Additionally, this person will be expected to work with global teams and on some marketing related activities.
Therefore, strong English language capabilities are also required.
Working with a small team in Japan as well as with global teams.

We are looking for:
o Hungry, Proactive, Aggressive & Strategic Sales candidates, result oriented.
o Able to drive business conversations vs. just leasing and financing and provide coverage to Oracle business (not only on large deals but also in the transactional model).
o Analytical abilities, communications and interpersonal skills. Someone with the ability to work under pressure and autonomously, with high level of energy, enthusiasm and curiosity. Meticulous and with ability to move from the big picture to specific details when managing deals.
Finance, financing and IT background will be appreciated (but not required)
