Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities) Create training programs/workshop based on business partner’s needs and facilitate programs. Localize Global/Regional training programs and rollout them locally. Support Dept. Manager to identify hiring needs and to create JD. Based on Business partner’s needs search candidates by utilizing hiring tools effectively/efficiently. Participates in the development implementation and monitoring of programs pertaining to L D and Recruiting areas: Monitors records and reports for irregularities on an on going basis. Proposes and implements corrections. Collects and organizes data for analysis. Assists with the analysis of data both internal and external summarizing findings and highlighting important aspects. Prepares and maintains documentation. Regularly updates and distributes documents to HR community as appropriate. Ensures programs comply with country wide and local regulations. Provides information and advice to managers and members of HR community as necessary. May participate in group presentations.
Good knowledge of concepts and practices in area of L D and Recruiting. Basic knowledge of business organization and cross functional relationships.
Ability to create training material and deliver it
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications; HR Information Systems
Ability to collect organize and analyse data from surveys reports and other readily available sources.
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing and also in both Japanese and English in order to exchange information and be able to seek out specific information from others. Job requires significant interface with members of HR community.
