- Prior experience in managing accounts in the Japan with the responsibility for revenue growth
- Strong Command over English and Japanese (JLPT N1 level)
- A good understanding of dealing with Indian businesses and how Indian businesses operate
- A proven, successful track record of delivery management working with Japanese customersand offshore delivery teams
- Minimum of 10 year business experience in IT industry, preferably with Airline domain experience
- Candidate should be highly flexible, adaptable and willing to do whatever is required toachieve the role expectations, operating within the boundaries of the organization code of conduct, policies and the law of the land
