Technical Support Representative
Technical Support Representative is responsible for providing service to customers through direct contact with sales, customers, suppliers, and other departments within Mouser to assist in the decision of buying, selling, and providing quality technical assistance to ensure excellent customer service.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
2 years related technical degree in electronic engineering or technology and minimum 1 year experience in electronic product design or design support or application support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
