Global online travel startup
-Build a sales team from scratch, structured into 2 main groups: new sales and account management
-Create a sales strategy over the next year and execute it with a focus on the Japan Market
-Build and structure sales operations, KPIs and account strategy
-Work closely with regional and global teams
-Reports directly to GM of Japan
Exact titles to be determined but leader needs to manage both new acquisition and existing farmer sales.
- English fluency mandatory for leadership role.
- Tourism background preferred (almost mandatory) although OTA, e-commerce or an equivalent B2B / B2C business model where they have sold in a similar volume / scale to what they will do in a sophisticated consultative approach is also okay.
- No KPI infrastructure decided or built quite yet although GBV (gross booking value) is essential.
- Training possible in Singapore or Australia.
- Hands on management experience of 5+ people mandatory for leadership role.
