The Role:

Seeking a highly motivated, self driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the Japan Sales team, covering Manufacturing/ Hi Tech/ Automotive industry.  As the vertical industry Senior Sales Manager you will be challenged with establishing and driving sales activities in the assigned sector.

You will manage the growing sales team and have overall accountability for a multi-million dollar revenue quota. You are responsible to capture the growth by formulating and implementing strategic sales activities. You will help the team develop new customers, channel partners and distributors to maximize market coverage and full market penetration. You will take a lead role in high worth sales contract negotiations with all customers and build relationships within direct accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall Business Development activities in the Manufacturing/Hi Tech/Automotive Sector.
  • Oversee and drive sales teams to overachieve targets, ensuring strong pipeline creation and qualification, sales cycle management and staff coaching and development
  • Create and Manage Channel Partner networks with the Regional Channel Sales Manager
  • Plan & Strategize marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and channels.
  • Manage Exec client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports

 

スキル・資格

Requirements:

  • To be successful in this role, you must have a number of years of sales management and direct software sales experience to various Enterprise level customers. You must be an experienced sales leader, coaching sales staff on how to sell up the value chain. Ideally you would be comfortable selling advanced security to all levels of large corporate organisations.
  • Several years’ experience of hi-touch sales leadership roles
  • Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: hardware, software, or other security solutions
  • Understanding of broad range of security and networking technologies, market trends, threats and
  • MBA or technical graduate degree preferred

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experienced managing teams across Enterprise segments with a track record of overachieving targets
  • Strong leadership with contacts at C level across large corporate organisations
