【求人No NJB1018863】 ・ Coordinate local On site activities in the site in support of SLAs of internal teams and external providers for daily infrastructure services related to Workplace support Network support and Server support. Is the Local contact for IS service providers. ・ Implement and operate all local specific solutions services and specialties installed in the site. Includes: Prepare requests for local solutions Provide VIP support Perform administration tasks eg. Gatekeeper approval raising purchase requisitions website administration. Support the development Initiate dissemination of IS related information or knowledge eg. FAQs local friendly manuals roadshows etc to promote user computing productivity. ・ Coordinate and perform local resources to support local implementations (and rollouts) of change requests and projects in the site. ・ Organise and perform resolution for all service incident and problem escalations arising in the site. Trigger appropriate actions working closely with the respective teams to bring about timely communication restoration and closure. ・ Perform data update and maintenance such that data pertaining to all locally installed IS *assets in the site is timely updated in global asset databases and that usage statistics are accurately reported as required. (*refers to all hardware software licenses warranties maintenance service agreements etc) ・ Perform role of a competent infrastructure service and solution content expert to provide support for the purpose of enhancing user support and for the designing of effective fit for Asia Pacific purpose IS infrastructure solutions and services. ・ Operate the following “IS Security on the ground” topics arising in the site: Administer Physical security access controls of local IS assets; Support Security alerts Responses and Reporting; Support local security audits of IS standard services; Inform to IS Security team where there are demands for local specific security measures solutions and services.
・ Support the implementaion of Business Continuity Plans of critical local IS Infrastructure components in the site. ・ Responsible for the annual Hardware Investment planning for existing hardware in the legal entities in in the site.
・ Good understanding of existing and emerging information technology systems; of best practice knowledge for delivering IS services in a global matrix organization
・ Good interpersonal and communication skills; with good English skills to communicate verbally and in writing.
・ Good customer service and communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
・ Must possess the ability to quickly identify problems develop alternative solutions and implement corrective action efficiently and effectively in coordination and cooperation with global IS.
・ Must be able to work independently relying on interpersonal skills and experience to perform the requirements of the position without the benefit of “solid line” reporting relationships.
