To conduct lead qualifications / lead generation calls, database profiling and RSVP to Fortinet B2B based clientele focusing, but not limited to the enterprise segment.
These deliveries are provided by performing outbound lead qualification / generation calls to non-Fortinet and/or Fortinet customers based in APAC.
Hours of operation will be Monday to Friday business hours, and following/observing public holidays declared by dedicated countries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary Job Functions:
● Ability to learn Fortinet’s Network Security product / solution range and technical details
through structured product training and/or proactive self-learning on new products,
campaigns, capabilities, technologies, etc.
● Provide primary outbound lead qualification / generation for B2B organizations via leads
provided by Fortinet.
● Perform profiling, data validation and database contact acquisition.
● Perform RSVP and other means to support lead qualifications / generation activities.
● Ensure achievement of performance related KPIS such as lead
qualification / generation,profiling, RSVP and any outbound defined service levels.
◆ Achieve all specific process and production goals each month.
◆ Target : 30% - 40% for lead qualification / generation, RSVP and
profiling target by campaign
◆ Achieve all specific Quarterly and Yearly goals as determined by
● Ensure all follow ups are done in a timely manner.
● Accurately update and record Fortinet customer’s information into CRM and SFDC system.
● Ability to create enhanced and recommends various approaches and techniques to
support lead generation activities.
● Committed and passionate about achieving daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.
● Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with customers and maintaining them over time.
● A modest know how on how to analyze information and evaluating results to choose the
best solution and solve problems.
● Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintain a professional manner.
● Able to interpret data and provide recommendation on audience focus.
