Key responsibilities:

  • Drive and continuously improve Dynamic Planning which is a 24 months rolling forecast model on the full P&L.
  • Ensure constant and accurate availability of detailed financial performance of company. This includes deep understanding of the key drivers of the business and other financial dynamics in all departments. It is the responsibility of this role to identify early warnings and inform about financial opportunities together with the Finance Director.
  • Monthly creation of financial reporting e.g. Management Report and Financial Report to be shared with budget holders and Senior Management. Furthermore, refine and streamline reporting in line with the business needs.
  • Actively participate in and review the monthly product demand planning (part of Dynamic Planning) as well as related activities in order to ensure and control efficient inventory levels in order to avoid stock-out or overstocking
  • Develop and Monitor financial KPIs.
  • Develop close & effective working relations with all key internal and external stakeholders to understand market trends and contribute to driving market expansion opportunities including validation of business cases.
  • Plan and drive financial planning process, long term forecasts as well as other relevant planning processes within finance.
  • Involvement in SAP implementation.

Requirements

Professional Skills

  • Degree in Economics, Business Management, Management Accounting or similar.
  • 3-5 years of FP&A experience or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with sound analytical skills from pharmaceutical industry or FMCG.
  • Strong English and Japanese language skills.
  • Super user in Excel (vlookup, pivot etc.) including SAP Analysis and BPC Web is preferred.
  • VBA knowledge and Access knowledge could be an advantage
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently prioritizes multiple projects, address multiple issues, and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Experience from ERP implementation and SAP experience is considered an advantage.
