The ideal candidate will lead in-store/online, PR/social excellence across Japan and will work closely with Japan sales and category marketing team as well as the regional marketing team.
The candidate in this position will be a marketing expert in Communication and In-store merchandizing to lead the team to create and execute Marketing Programs across in line with our brand and marketing priorities with our key customers.

•Collaborate with AP Regional/Japan Category Managers for the development of OFL & ONL marketing strategies for each product category across channels
•Develop strategies to drive merchandizing leadership and increase the shopper conversion rate across OFL channels
•Lead the definition & development of Marketing programs in-store and online, ensuring that they are consistent product category strategies, channel/customer needs and brand image.
•Ensure quality and consistency in marketing execution and messaging at POS, in media and social in line with Global and regional guidelines and tools
•Set up, drive and ensure monitoring and communication of Marketing KPIs across Japan
•Provide expertise and guidance on Japan communication & Marketing excellence to Regional Marketing Managers in the development of brand and marketing plans
•Lead all activities around channel, press and social communication
•Oversee the management of all merchandising resources across Japan, with direct responsibility for merchandising agencies, merchandising strategies & resource allocation
•Develop, rollout and measure impact of store staff training across AP
•At least 10 – 15 years of Marketing and communication background
•Experience in trade marketing and/or marketing communication.
•A solid Retail experience is must. Expertise in FMCG & Fashion markets will be considered as a plus
•Strong understanding of the marketing tools and experience in driving consumers sellout via winning merchandising concepts
•Exceptional presentation and communication skills, interpersonal and team-oriented skills
•Ability to be a motivated self-starter to manage priorities with the ability to influence cross functionally within Logitech
•Fluent in written and spoken Japanese and English
•Management experience a must. Passionate to lead/mentor the team. Consistent coaching on a daily/long-term basis.
