【求人No NJB1011612】 ＜About The Role＞ The Senior Sales Business Development Manager is a hunter role based in Datorama’s Tokyo Japan office. The role will focus on driving new customer acquisition primarily with top 500 brands directly and large mid ‐tier and independent agencies in Japan. Working with and reporting to the Country Manager the individual will play a key role in driving Japan expansion and growth. This is a ground floor opportunity to join a mid stage company that is experiencing tremendous growth.
＜Responsibilities＞ Motivated self ‐starter who wants to make an impact within a sales organization Find and present to Brand and Media agencies within Japan Cold call email and pitch the Datorama offering to new client prospects Work with brands during proof of concept trial period Develop and maintain client relationships with key client contacts Facilitate smooth hand off of key accounts to Account Management Team Identify and scope new platform features and functionality and participate in product planning sessions Build a strong team environment and set structure for future Sales team members
2 ‐4+ years’ experience in SaaS sales or technology platform sales
Previous technical experience preferably in the database technology sector
Excellent attention to detail strong communication skills both written and verbal
Time management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise own workload
Understanding of the online advertising industry and eco ‐system
Natural ability for consultative and solution ‐based selling
Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers and internal teams
Motivated self ‐starter who is hungry to win
Excellent presentation problem ‐solving and organizational skills
