IS related to the sales and marketing
The role will focus on the following key Customer Sales and Ecommerce pillars:
•Execute and Implement of Local IS strategy across the areas with the IS Manager and IS director and implementation of Global Customer sales and Ecommerce strategy
•Distribution management system, Sales Force and Merchandising force automation
•Big Data reporting and analytics
•eSales – through eCommerce and e-tailing
Working in close co-operation with local & regional IS, sales and marketing teams and the Global IS front office competency center the Senior Business Analyst will provide a pivotal role of instilling IS processes, practice and standards to facilitate the initiation and delivery of agreed business projects.
Primary focus will be to act as business partner on Customer Sales and Ecommerce teams and manage/lead projects
This is a hands on role and in the role the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
•Deploying solutions delivered by the IS/IT Team. Be responsible for all phases of project delivery.
•The accurate delivery of all allocated projects (in terms of time / cost / scope / resource allocation)
•Identifying and initiating any new projects in line with established project methodologies
•Development of functional documentation to support projects
•Analysis, capture and documentation of project requirements
•Adopt and enforce standard project management methodologies for all projects
•There will also be an element of provide applications support to existing applications.
The candidate must be able clearly demonstrate experience in the following: (min 2-3 of the following).
•A hands on experience of working in a fast paced commercial environment
•Practical experience of implementing enterprise level Sales, Ecommerce and supply chain projects in the following areas:
- Big Data reporting and Analytics
- Distributors Management Systems
- Sales Force Automation / Execution
- Merchandising Force Automation/Execution
- E-commerce / e-tailing
•Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
•Fluent bilingual of Japanese and English
•3-5 years’ experience of projects within an Agile/SDLC environment
•1-3 years’ experience of working with, communicating with and presenting to senior management
•Experience in working within Global organizations across multiple countries (Preferable not Mandatory)
•Ability to cultivate meaningful business relationships both internal and external business partners
•Proven track record of project delivery
