What you’ll be doing:
As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for raising the value of the platform (the Apps) to end users. Your primary goals are in two-fold; a) increase user base, and 2) make and keep high engagement. You will constantly be thinking about how to effectively reach out to the right demography and generate the buzz to increase downloads, and how to get the girls of 20s and 30s excited about using our App and SNS. We are in “audience” business. Meaning, larger volume of users with high engagement will make our platform extremely valuable. You will be evaluated by number of new users as well as level of engagement by our users (i.e. MAU/DAU, usage frequency, etc). You will report to and work closely with GM/President.
Outreach, grow and maintain media partners in Beauty and Fashion segment
Reach out to and maintain relationships with influential figures in Beauty industry
Effectively seek out potential campaign projects with partners
Propose, plan and execute campaigns, events and promotions for both earning new users as well as keep existing users engaged
Utilize all possible venues (web, SNS, off-line events, magazines, Ad agencies/platforms, TV, etc) to create the Buzz in most cost-effective manner in order to manipulate the mass and earn new target users
You’re qualified if you;
have 5+ years of experience in PR, Marketing
are passionate and dedicated to excel in your career
are into high-fashion.
know what girls want.
are creative and can think out of the box
can think “ecosystem” and not just individual “product” or an “app”
feel excited about doing something new and cool
are independent, self-starter, and don’t need to be micromanaged
understand what’s being asked of you and think you have what it takes to succeed
Big plus if you;
have experience within cosmetics and fashion industry and/or media space
know a lot of “right persons” in related area
have some level of command in English
