－ Presenting the value of company, to multiple stakeholders across the account
－ Responsible for hospitals with smaller revenue base under ＄10K
－ Increasing account revenues year on year through account expansion within our existing accounts, and communicating incremental renewal price increases and renewing contracts in a timely manner.
－ Building, and managing, relationships with Senior Stakeholders, Clinical Staff, C－level hospital executives and other key influencers in the sales process to ensure we have a strong foothold in each account.
－ Working with key stakeholders to help them create business cases to release additional budget/funding to help support the growth of the UpToDate solution within the account.
－ Identifying, and closing, up/cross sell opportunities of the company within each account
－ Preparing, and analyzing usage data reports to monitor and assess usage at trial sites, and existing subscribers.
－ Working with hospital management, to put together a strategy to increase usage, and awareness, of the company － via over the phone and web demonstrations and presentations to key contacts and decision makers
－ Collaborating with our training, marketing and implementation teams to leverage their resources to ensure optimal usage and awareness at all times.
－ Following up ＆ working with hospital administration to ensure timely payment of invoices
－ Identifying, and passing on, leads for follow up by your new business sales account managers, and relaying market feedback to the relevant teams.
－ Keeping accurate records in our CRM tool,of customer account activities, stakeholder contact information and other relevant data
－ Accurate forecasting of your pipeline at all times
－ 3＋ years previous proven inside sales experience gained from B2B software, services and/or complex solutions sales
－ Knowledge of the Hospital/Healthcare market would be advantageous, but not essential
－ Proven track record of selling to, and building relationships with C－Level executives within your target accounts
－ Able to think outside the box and confident in expressing ideas
－ Excellent communication, presentation, training and interpersonal skills
－ Able to build rapport with people easily, at any level, and develop long term relationships
－ Well organised, with a strong attention to detail is a must
－ Good self－discipline to achieve expected output in remote location working environment.
－ Continuously willing and able to explore the effective way to communicate the value over the phone
－ Willing and able to travel to International sales meetings within APAC and the US （approximately 2－3 per year）
－ Excellent IT skills – including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
－ Knowledge, and understanding, of a CRM system e.g. SalesLogix/Salesforce.com － or similar
－ A team player, able to work autonomously as and when required
