The ideal candidate should have experience providing technical services in a corporate or professional environment. Attention to detail, commitment to high quality service and professionalism are required.
Position involves daily technical support, consolation and customer service for clients using our services. Services include support for audio visual, video conferencing, events and service administration. You will work with the latest media services technology in a professional corporate environment with opportunities to learn new systems and technologies.
Strong, effective communication and organizational skills are a must. Background in multimedia and audio visual technology, IT help desk, technical service desk support, event support/planning or customer service for technology preferred. Experience in logistics, coordination or fast paced customer service for non-technical services also considered.
