The company is hiring a new Executive Assistant to keep up with its continuing growth. You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Partners' schedules and maintaining effective communication with external and internal players. Main duties will include: facilitating meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, management support and administrative support.
You must have a college degree (4 years) and 2 years' work experience in professional firms. Your communication skills must be top-class: Japanese (native) and English (high business level). Experience in a major legal, insurance, accounting or banking firm will be a plus.
Your proven ability to support top management in large companies will be key to your success in this position.
