This role manages some of the largest companies and the ability to operate at both executive and operational level will be crucial. The ability to articulate the business value of the companies solutions to stakeholders is a key requirement.

Responsibilities include structured account planning, mapping and establishing strong business relationships with key stakeholders in the organization, advanced solution selling, conducting sales presentations, coordinating multiple resources within an account, and consistently closing business.

The successful candidate will be extremely results-oriented, possess strong business acumen, be capable of building a strong business pipeline, accurately forecasting and closing business, and possess strong interpersonal and presentational skills. The candidate drives pipeline generation by understanding the business priorities and initiatives of the accounts and by mapping these initiatives to the companies solutions


Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible to cover given territory or industry to focus large scale of business development and pipeline generation.
  2. Search and gather information of industry trend, interest and potential in specific verticals for successful business planning.
  3. Territory must be within the Japan Region however need to take care the global business opportunities which can be led and managed from given region as central control account responsibility.
  4. Report directly to the Manager (Eigyo Bucho) of Strategic Sales Team.
  5. CIO/CISO as well as other key influences and recommenders within these accounts at multiple levels.
  6. Ability to articulate the business and commercial value of  solutions.
  7. Convertprospectsintosalesbydifferentiatingfromthecompetition.
  8. Develop reference customers to drive and derive business in the other space.
  9. Work with ISR to productively develop pipeline from newly generated sales leads and nurtured leads.
  10. Work with System Engineers to prepare account strategies and plans.
  11. Work effectively with  business partners.



  1. Over 5 year ssuccessful field sales experience in related field in which revenue quotas weremet/exceeded
  2. Over 3 years of experience selling network and security technology solutions to large accounts
  3. Strongtechnology background, working knowledge of internet protocols, web based visibility, acceleration, security and network infrastructure with the ability to articulate these technologies to customers
  4. Thick and tight human network in specific industry especially in customers’ management layers
  5. Self-starterwiththeabilitytoworkindependentlyorina teamenvironment
  6. Strong solution selling skills, including extensive experience calling on keyexecutives in large accounts
  7. Experience with or similar CRM system.
  8. Experience working for a US based company is preferred
  9. Outstanding consultative selling skills and ability to clearly and effectively articulate the company’s value proposition
  10. Directs the application of technologies,trends,bestpractices,andservice offerings by incorporating the minto overall business solutions
  11. Understandshowsuppliers’andcompetitors’offeringsarepricedandisaware ofthecustomer’sbudgetand decisionmakingprocess

  20. Understands customer’s decision making process and has the knowledge to influencecriticalbusinessdecisions
  21. Exceptional verbal and written communication  skils with ability to conduct sales presentations and interact effectively with internal and external customers at all levels,includingCXOs
  22. Experience of direct and indirect mixed business model is a must
  23. Must be able to work under pressure with limited resources
  24. Highly trained and experienced presentation skill is required
  25. Business level or higher skill of English communication is preferred
  26. and MS Office use is required for daily selling updates and reports.
