募集要項

1. Identifying New Clients: 
- Initiate new sales calls 
- Understands client's business environment to identify business opportunities 
- Identifying high-value, annuity business opportunities
- Scopes the assignment and provides appropriate estimates 
- Closes deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing, costing and pricing 
2. Growing Existing Clients:
- Build relationship with existing customers
- Understand customer business and technology challenges
- Identify business opportunities to provide solution to those challenges
- Collaborate with internal sales support teams to provide right solution
3. Documenting & Reporting:
- Articulate capabilities in the solution space 
- Disseminates information in required formats to concerned stakeholders 
- Ensures the documentation (RFI, RFP, Approach Notes, etc.) sent to clients are aligned to their needs 
- Records Prospect data in the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system 
- Perform win-loss analysis for proposals submitted 
4. Coordinating & Networking 
- Liaison with pre sales teams/ delivery heads to propose appropriate solutions, after identifying a market opportunity. 
- Seek relevant collateral and market intelligence from marketing 
- Networks with product companies to further develop or design tools for their customers 
- Builds relationships with the alliance partners to identify market opportunities 
5. Sales Planning for the region 
- Prepares forecasts and sales plans for the region
- Tracks performance against set targets
- Explores opportunities to cross / up sell as appropriate 

スキル・資格

Mandatory
- At least 10 years of relevant IT Services sales experience
- At least 7 – 8  years of relevant sales experience in domestic IT services industry in Japan especially should be familiar with some of the following IT services:
Application Development/Reengineering/Maintenance/Support/Enterprise Solution/Engineering & Industrial Services (EIS)/Quality Assurance Service, etc.
- At least 3 year experience is selling solutions for Insurance customers in Japan
- Experience of working in a Tier 1 IT Services, Outsourcing company
- Experience of closing large & annuity business / managed services
- Strong focus on high (USDM+) TCV (Total Contract Value) deals
- Good understanding of local (Japanese) industry vertical regulations, market drivers and practices, especially in any Insurance domain
- Relevant sales credentials and qualifications
- Local (Japanese) Insurance Industry connects and relationships, including relationships with key (Sr.) stakeholders and industry executives in any foreign or Japanese companies
- The drive to be a “WINNER” and achieve quick results
