Core Responsibilities - Analysts: 
 

  • Perform financial valuation of companies, including building and analyzing financial models with a high degree of accuracy 
     
  • Support live project execution of merger & acquisition and capital markets transactions 
     
  • Gather industry and company data, and create meaningful analysis to aid clients’ strategic and financial decisions 



    Core Responsibilities - Associates: 

     
    • Manage execution of merger & acquisition and capital markets transactions, and lead day-to-day project management together with clients and other working parties, such as lawyers and accountants 
       
    • Lead financial and strategic analysis and develop key messages 
       
    • Craft strategic rationale and equity story for deals 
       
    • Evaluate analysts’ work, and provide training, mentorship and guidance to analyst

      • Strong analytical and modeling skills with sound knowledge of accounting, financial and operational concepts
